The author of the illustrations for the first Czech translation of Noli Me Tangere (2023), Emilio Juan Fernandez, created a painting of Dr. José Rizal, who visited his friend Ferdinand Blumentritt in Litoměřice from May 13 to May 16, 1887. The painting depicts Dr. José Rizal in room 12 of the Krebs Hotel with a book in his hand, looking out onto Litoměřice Square. In the background are the old town hall and All Saints Church.
